We are looking for a Cyber Security Engagement Manager to lead pro-active consulting engagements with leading Fortune 500 firms. You would be responsible for the full engagement life cycle from planning to execution whilst managing client expectations & leading a team of security experts whose services appear on the Gartner Magic Quadrant.

You would be leading a team of top cyber security consultants (matrix management), to conduct and deliver a variety of proactive cyber security assessments and resilience-enhancing engagements. It is a growth firm so there would be the opportunity to work on multiple engagements in parallel, at client sites or remotely. Ensuring the delivery of quality services according to the engagement scope, objectives, budget, timelines, and clients’ needs.
It is expected the successful candidate will have:
- Minimum of five years of experience managing complex short to medium-term client-facing cyber security engagements in parallel, with excellent engagement management skills and a proven record.
- Extensive understanding of cyber security, security governance, and cyber risk management best practices, frameworks, and principles.
- Ability to collaborate with individuals across all levels in a dynamic matrix organizational structure, and coordinate with other departments.
- Outstanding analytical, creative, and problem-solving skills and mindset, with the ability to handle uncertainty and complexity.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills at all levels of the organization. Ability to articulate security concepts to technical staff and explain them to non-technical staff, including senior management.
- Certifications such as C-CISO, CISM, PMP, or similar are an advantage.
This position is remotely based with 15 - 20% travel to client sites. They offer excellent benefits & top-tier packages.
