Engineering Manager – AI Start Up

On-site position in San Francisco

We are looking for an Engineering Manager for an AI start up valued over $1️ billion+ focused on enterprise multi-agents technology in San Francisco. You will play a pivotal role in coaching and enabling engineers to enhance their performance day to day. You will be leading system design and code review sessions, pair programming and feedback for everyone to work collaboratively.

This role will create the vision and culture of the company by hiring the best engineers for the job, conducting technical interviews and onboarding new hires to the firm. You will ensure that engineering runs smoothly and all team members are prioritizing correctly and developing in their work.

To excel in this role, you will need:

• MSc. in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a software engineer and leading engineering teams, with a focus on AI and machine learning applications.
• Excellent engineering skills in Python and other languages as needed.
• Deep understanding of ML and able to train deep neural networks and all the latest ML theory and practice.

Salary is paying $250,000 - $350,000 based on experience + Equity + Benefits
