Base pay range
The Recruiting Specialist is responsible for staffing open Medical Scribe positions for all Scribe.ology contracts. The
primary role for the recruiter is to source and review applicants to ensure they meet the minimum hiring qualifications.
The Recruiter will conduct phone screens, interviews, and orientation exams as part of the onboarding process for day-
to-day operations. They will also perform all needed onboarding requirements per site.
Duties And Responsibilities
The Recruiter will play a critical role in ensuring that the best possible candidates are hired. They will manage and
coordinate the full cycle of recruiting to make sure that each Medical Scribe is credentialed at their assigned site. They
are also responsible for communicating all new hires to the scheduling and training teams. The Recruiter will also have
additional responsibilities such as creating Training content and distribute training courses in a variety of topics,
including but not limited to HIPAA compliance and all aspects of Medical Charting in the Emergency setting and
Specialty Clinics.
- Manages full cycle recruiting process to meet the staffing needs
- Review candidate applications using recruiting platforms
- Conduct phone screens and interviews
- Procter Orientation exams
- Create offer letters to qualified candidates
- Communicate with Scheduling team and Operations to discuss vacancy needs
- Develop relationships with colleges to assist with recruiting needs and attend career events on campus
- Manage medical records and personal documents in employee files
- Attend weekly meetings with the HR Manger to discuss recruitment plans
- Engage with the onsite providers and staff to identify training needs
- Assist the HR Manager with additional responsibilities will be assigned
The Recruiting Specials will meet the following qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree, or working towards a degree
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office
- Medical Scribe experience preferred
- Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
- Must have the ability to communicate effectively
- Self-motivated and able to work under limited supervision
- Extremely organized and able to prioritize tasks quickly when necessary
- Attention to detail when sourcing to evaluate candidates
- Must have daytime availability during the week
The Recruiter can work in the corporate office or from home
Must be capable of traveling across DFW metroplex to attend career events
