Overview:
We are seeking an executive assistant to support the CEO and Co-founder. This position will require a high level of organizational skills paired with the ability to multitask, often moving from meeting to meeting and one task to another quickly throughout the day. The ideal candidate will be professional, courteous, and willing to adapt to varying business situations. This candidate must be able to work independently as well as be open to collaboration with other team members. This job has the potential to be partially remote, partially on-site.
Responsibilities:
Maintain CEO’s schedule, including adding/editing appointments, managing Calendly, and assisting with time management tasks.
Provide a supportive role in preparation for meetings, including gathering/compiling reports, sending meeting invites to attendees, coordinating schedules, assisting with board meeting plans, and other affiliated duties as requested.
Take notes during meetings and produce organized and detailed meeting summaries.
Be available for collaborative meetings and regular check-ins, both with direct supervisor and other team members.
Perform various administrative tasks as needed, such as compiling data into polished, professional reports and developing/maintaining documents and sheets.
Assist with travel planning and itinerary. Take ownership of bookings, reservations, etc.
Become proficient in all required applications and software as needed to support the CEO.
Other duties as requested. (Please note that this position will require a wide variety of tasks and requests as required beyond what is listed above.)
Requirements:
Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or MBA program with a focus on Business, Communications, or a related field
Strong attention to detail
Excellent organizational skills
Availability to work onsite with a flexible schedule
Benefits:

Hourly compensation during the internship: $15-$30
