Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Financial Advisor at Common Wealth Charlotte. The Financial Advisor will be responsible for assisting economically-vulnerable families with basic personal finance counseling, including budgeting, financial goal-setting, spending analysis, credit counseling, debt settlement implementation and application for 0% interest loans. The role is primarily located in Charlotte, NC, with flexibility for remote work.


Qualifications

  • Strong Personal Finance
  • Knowledge of the Credit System
  • Experience in working with economically-vulnerable populations
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Public Policy, Psychology, Finance, Economics, or related field
