Base pay range
$75,000.00/yr - $100,000.00/yr
The Recruiting Manager is responsible for researching, developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies to attract and retain the best talent for our organization. This position will require the ability to collaborate and maintain internal and external networking as well as social media strategies. The Recruiting Manager will build recruitment processes that align with the agency's hiring needs and strategic goals. They will work collaboratively with the HR team as well as with hiring managers and will report to the Chief Human Resources Officer.
Requirements
$75,000- $100,000 per year
$5,000 Signing Bonus - Receive first half of the $5,000 on the first paycheck and the second half after 6 months of employment.
Commission Bonus - $100 Per Hire

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business or related field
- 4 years of experience in recruitment and at least 2 years of experience in supervisory or management role
- Excellent verbal and written communication and team management skills
- Valid California Driver's License, good driving record, vehicle insurance and must be able to drive to fulfill the duties of the position
