Job Description
Oversee and manage all on-site activities for the large-scale MTA project, ensuring compliance with project plans, specifications, and timelines.
Lead and coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and on-site teams to achieve project milestones.
Monitor project progress, quality, and safety standards, conducting regular site inspections and audits.
Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the construction process.
Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders to ensure project requirements and expectations are met.
Prepare and present detailed progress reports to senior management and stakeholders.
Ensure strict adherence to safety regulations and promote a safe working environment.

The Successful Applicant
Demonstrates extensive experience in managing large-scale MTA or similar transportation infrastructure projects.
Possesses strong leadership and team management capabilities.
Exhibits excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Has effective communication and interpersonal skills for successful collaboration with all project stakeholders.
Is proficient in construction management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Preferably holds a degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field.
