This industry-leading, reputable HHWAY and Site Development contractor, seeks a 10+ year Underground Utility professional to join their ranks in the SF Bay Area. You must specialize in wet utilities - water, sewer, and storm drain seeks to invite a Sr Superintendent to join their dynamic team! Qualifications

• 10+ years’ experience in Underground Construction in Pipelines (Sewer, Water, Storm Drains)
• Proven experience in managing projects in the $5M- $25M range from cradle to grave
• Experience in managing self-perform forces in wet underground utilities
• Experience in all types of ground conditions, site conditions
• Must have experience with public works underground projects

Responsibilities

• Ability to successfully manage multiple underground utility projects and multiple crews
• Build strong relationships with clients/owners, architects, engineers, and subcontractors. Ensure they will want to renew the construction experience with our client.
• Maintain project cost control within your division
• Manage subcontractors and equipment/material vendors.
• Resolve major disputes with vendors and subcontractors.
• Plus other unlisted field duties and assignments
