What Success Looks Like In This Role:

  • Provides Operations Management support across broad areas of the company.
  • Serves as project manager for critical / complex initiatives.
  • Researches and analyzes problems, develops plans, solutions models and recommendations to enhance operational effectiveness and efficiency.
  • Develops recommendations to streamline, reduce costs, enhance effectiveness, improve workflows or improve the client experience outcomes of targeted processes.
  • Conducts business diagnostics to identify, quantify and prioritize specific process improvement and change targets.
  • Recommends process changes and systems solutions that meet both near-term tactical and long-term strategic needs.
  • Works on complex business problems that may include multiple functions and/or diverse technologies.
  • Gathers and documents requirements for initiative design and associated project management.
  • Provides leadership to cross-functional teams
  • Engages with Operations colleagues, business owners and other stakeholders to craft and execute process improvement project plan
  • Analyzes routine business issues using data from internal and external sources.
  • Develops reports for leadership on the performance and characteristics of various aspects of the business.

You will be successful in this role if you have:

What Skills & Experience Are Required

  • Typically requires a minimum of 5 years of related experience
  • Experience leading and driving collaboration of global teams
  • Strong communication skills and client facing relationship building experience
  • Prior experience leading improvement and implementation projects for cross functional teams
  • Has experience leading IT Service Delivery teams with a focus on Service Desk
  • Ability to work with team members, peers and external clients.
  • Must be able to manage specific service level agreement (SLA) requirements and Statements of Work (SOWs).
  • Familiarity with ServiceNow, Data Analytics tools, Microsoft office suite, etc.
