We have an Oil & Gas client who is looking for a motivated Associate/Graduate Process Engineer with a desire to start his/her career in the industry to join their team in a Louisiana-based facility.

Summary: The role involves ensuring plant process operations remain compliant with programs, and are safe, reliable, and cost-effective. The successful candidate will be a technical generalist with a strong understanding of gas processing.
Job Role Responsibilities: The candidate will develop knowledge and understanding of the company's Asset Integrity Management program and be assigned tasks including, but not limited to:
Staying current with technology developments in process management
Supporting additional initiatives as needed (e.g., pipelines, marine facility)
Assisting with the Management of Change (MOC) process
Supporting the Root Cause Failure Analysis (RCFA) process
Supporting the development and tracking of appropriate Key Performance Indicators
Providing day-to-day troubleshooting support to Operations Groups
Education, Experience, and Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in an Engineering discipline (e.g., Chemical, Mechanical, Metallurgy, Welding)
One (1) to four (4) years of experience working as an Engineer in an industrial environment is a plus
Familiarity with Microsoft Office 365 Application Suite
Familiarity with ASME, API, and NACE/AMPP recommended practices
