Base pay range

$60,000.00/yr - $75,000.00/yr

Looking to make an impact? At Retencity, we eat, sleep, and breathe lifecycle & loyalty marketing, helping fast-growth and enterprise brands scale ongoing email + SMS growth. As a Retencity Graphic Designer, you’re an artist, first and foremost.


Day to day, you’ll be designing emails across a variety of brands, some with strict brand books, brand assets and guidelines with others that may be quite the opposite. You’ll aim to make every design pop for the audience it’s designed for, working creatively and efficiently to meet expectations and visually entice.

Working tightly across the Retencity team, and with some client teams directly, you’ll be diplomatic and professional in your dealings, and you’ll thrive using your creative and strategic skills to help us evolve lifecycle programs from boring to brilliant.


Responsibilities


  • Design emails and other lifecycle assets across a variety of clients as well as for the Retencity brand.
  • Work closely in the ideation, planning & and execution of design deliverables.
  • Primary day-to-day work will be on client lifecycle marketing, with additional efforts across marketing needs for Retencity.
  • Maintain an organized workflow and keep to deadlines across multiple projects.
  • Professionally receive and incorporate feedback from internal team members and clients throughout the revision process
  • Maintain a pulse on trends in design, with interest and excitement to implement new capabilities for clients


Qualifications:


  • 5+ years of experience in professional creative and design
  • 4+ years of experience in email/lifecycle marketing design
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma
  • Ability to multitask & be flexible in day-to-day tasks within an agency culture
  • Demonstrated exceptional design skills in color theory, typography, visual hierarchy,, branding, and the digital landscape
  • A keen attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • The vision to bring a description to life and to easily align on inspiration from others’ work
  • Clear, clean, candid communication
  • Ensure projects are completed with utmost quality and timeliness
  • Link to online portfolio, featuring graphic design work in marketing and/or advertising


This is a full-time, fully remote role.

Salary Range: $60,000 -$75,000 annually
