Role Overview:

As the Growth Director at Classavo, you’ll be the mastermind behind our user growth strategy. You'll be cooking up plans to attract, engage, and keep our users coming back for more. Working closely with our marketing, product, and sales teams, you'll identify golden opportunities for growth and run data-driven campaigns that hit the bullseye every time.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Craft and execute a killer growth strategy to boost user acquisition, engagement, and retention.
  • Lead and inspire a team of growth marketers and analysts, fostering a culture of innovation and constant improvement.
  • Collaborate with product and engineering teams to streamline the user journey and ramp up conversion rates.
  • Dive deep into data, spotting growth opportunities and measuring the success of your initiatives.
  • Create and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns—think digital ads, email blasts, social media, and content marketing.
  • Run A/B tests and other experiments to fine-tune growth tactics.
  • Team up with sales to develop lead generation and nurturing strategies.
  • Develop dashboards and reports to keep everyone in the loop on key growth metrics.
  • Stay ahead of the curve with industry trends and emerging growth strategies, always bringing fresh ideas to the table.
  • Represent the growth team in executive meetings, sharing insights and making strategic recommendations.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Growth Director or in a similar growth-centric leadership role.
  • A rock-solid background in growth marketing, with a deep understanding of user acquisition, engagement, and retention.
  • Proficient in data analysis with tools like Google Analytics, Mixpanel, or similar.
  • Savvy with digital marketing channels—SEO, SEM, social media, email, and content marketing.
  • Stellar leadership and team management skills, with a knack for inspiring and motivating.
  • Sharp strategic thinking and top-tier problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, able to work magic across departments.
  • Hands-on experience with A/B testing and experimental design.
  • Familiarity with the EdTech industry? Major plus!

Education and Experience:

  • 5+ years of experience in growth marketing or related roles, with at least 2 years in a leadership position.
