Note: we are looking to make a hire in the coming weeks, we do not sponsor visas, and are looking for someone in North America. This position is full-time, fully-remote/work-from-home, salaried with PTO, health benefits, and 401k.

Deviate Labs, a growth marketing agency with client projects ranging from Grammy Nomination pursuits in the music industry to Webby-award nominated stunt marketing campaigns like breakthecode.tech to programmatic marketing campaigns with celebrity-backed companies like Hello Bello (Kristen Bell and Dax Shepard) to full-stack marketing management for a variety of B2B SaaS companies, is looking to hire a full-time, 40-hour a week Growth Marketing Project Manager.

Deviate Labs provides an extraordinarily broad range of marketing services including: programmatic advertising, search engine optimization, content marketing, email marketing, influencer marketing, marketing analytics, celebrity partnerships, among others. Your role will be to manage, collaborate on, and lead various marketing projects and initiatives while interfacing directly on video calls and asynchronous communication tools such as Slack with clients.

Your success is directly dependent on your ability to communicate clearly both verbally and through writing, interact professionally with clients, exercise critical and creative thinking, analyze marketing data, keep projects organized and prioritized, and keep in mind the big-picture while helping delegate and execute tasks relevant to each client/project. We are looking for an individual who is a self-starter and gets excited looking for novel ways to solve problems.

In your application, we’ll be looking for a demonstrated passion for marketing. It’s easy to get excited about working with the next Dollar Shave Club but a passionate marketer will get equally excited by the opportunity to implement a go-to-market campaign for a new B2B SaaS startup. Passion is what will push you to “level-up” your professional skills rapidly and propel you to succeed in a dynamic agency environment.

If you thrive in an entrepreneurial setting, are comfortable with ambiguity, and have the uncanny ability to sift through noise to identify impactful signals, we’d love to talk to you. Please note that we will be asking for 2 professional references and, prior to making an offer, will be reaching out to those references directly.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure that all inbound communication from clients are addressed and translated into specific action items
  • Prepare client agendas and take diligent notes on client calls while staying abreast of project direction and progress on a high-level (and diving in on a more granular level as appropriate)
  • Lead, engage in, and guide dynamic client conversations whose purpose includes, but isn’t limited to, updating the client on progress, uncovering other possible initiatives, offering ad hoc marketing insights, presenting ideas and gaining support for initiatives

  • Establish reasonable project timelines and Gantt Charts that align with the scope of the client engagement
  • Dynamically assess shifting priorities and respond efficiently to the client while setting reasonable expectations and communicating those changes appropriately to our internal team
  • Navigate different data collecting tools such as Google Analytics 4 and ad platforms to monitor key performance metrics and coordinate with programmatic team to ensure performance is on pace and trending to marketing goals
  • Stay abreast of key metrics and generate client-facing reports accordingly
  • Please mention “I am human 2024” as a part of your application to demonstrate you've read this job post thoroughly
  • Support design and development projects which involves communicating with the client, understanding what they are looking for, translating that for and collaborating and coordinating with our internal team
  • Uphold Deviate Labs’ high-touch and high-quality client service
