High Alpha is hiring key team members for a new B2B SaaS startup. This position will be with High Alpha's latest company, which is pre-public launch. You'll work closely with the internal High Alpha team while reporting directly to the CEO. We are bringing the power of digital transformation and artificial intelligence to corporate security & resilience teams on the ServiceNow platform. We are a security tool built by security practitioners and are focused on solving our customers' problems and delivering value. We are seeking a head of business operations to partner with the CEO on all aspects of our go-to-market strategy including demand generation, relationship management, revenue operations, and customer success.

What You'll Do:

Demand Generation and Sales:

  • Utilize social media and email marketing campaigns to boost brand awareness.
  • Create and manage email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and engage customers.

Product Implementation, Customer Success & Support:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for key accounts throughout the customer lifecycle (Onboarding, Adoption, Advocacy, and Renewal).
  • Ensure product implementation and successful, timely deployments.
  • Develop and execute customer success strategies to enhance satisfaction, increase retention and grow revenue.
  • Work closely with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Provide ongoing support and training, addressing any issues or concerns.

Go-To-Market Strategy & Performance:

  • Collaborate with the CEO on cross-functional initiatives, including metrics, OKRs, and company performance.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions

Role-Specific Requirements:

  • Demonstrated success in B2B SaaS sales and customer success.
  • Passion for thriving in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking capabilities.
  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or equivalent professional experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in business operations, sales, or a related field.
  • Proven expertise in demand generation and sales, ideally in an enterprise SaaS or technology context.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and email marketing platforms.
  • In-depth knowledge of social media marketing and digital marketing strategies.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.

Compensation:

  • $120-$140K
  • Performance-based bonuses and incentives
