We are on the lookout for a dynamic Head of Sales to lead our sales strategy and drive growth across the US, Canada, and select parts of Latin America.


Job Description:

As the Head of Sales, you will own the vision and strategy for our sales operations, driving revenue growth through both specialty and big box retailers. You will work closely with the leadership team to develop and implement sales strategies, manage the full sales cycle, and showcase your talents in a high-impact role.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy for both our global surf and in-house scuba brands.
  • Drive sales across speciality and big box retailers in the US, Canada, and select Latin American markets.
  • Own the full sales life cycle, from prospecting and lead generation to closing deals and post-sales support.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key retail partners and distributors.
  • Collaborate with the leadership team to align sales strategies with overall business objectives.
  • Provide regular sales reports and insights to the leadership team.
  • Identify and capitalize on new market opportunities to drive growth.
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences.


Qualifications:

Proven experience in a senior sales role, preferably within the cosmetics or suncare industry.

  • Demonstrated success in selling to both speciality and big box retailers.
  • Strong understanding of the US, Canadian, and Latin American markets.
  • Experience in owning and developing sales vision and strategy.
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently and remotely.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with retail partners.
  • Passion for the suncare, surf, and scuba lifestyle.
  • Experience with using AI, sales and marketing tools.


Compensation:

  • Commission-only to start with, transitioning to a competitive salary and equity for the right candidate once sales performance is proven.
