With over 80 attorneys dedicated to healthcare law across 13 offices, the firm plays a pivotal role in the healthcare industry. Their healthcare practice serves more than 2,400 clients nationwide, including hospitals, health systems, academic medical centers, accountable care organizations, private equity funds, long-term care facilities, IPAs, medical groups, and other healthcare providers.
Salary Range: $325,000 to $350,000 annually
In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, this role may offer additional performance-based compensation, dependent on factors such as work performance, geographic location, experience, education, and qualifications. The salary range provided reflects the firm's estimated annual salary for this position at the time of posting, considering applicable federal and state laws.

Job Requirements:
The ideal candidate should possess:
Aminimum of 6 years of experience in California healthcare regulatory and compliance, focusing on fraud and abuse issues, reimbursement disputes, investigations, and business transactions (e.g., joint ventures, private equity investments)
Experience with managed care and/or life sciences transactions is essential
Strong academic credentials, excellent judgment, communication skills, and a dedication to delivering superior client service are required
