Ideal Candidate Profile
Bachelor's degree (required)
SHRM-CP or PHR designation (preferred)
3-5 years of experience in benefits, leave administration, and general HR functions
1-2 years of people management experience
Proficiency with Dayforce (Ceridian) HRIS and scheduling software (e.g., Brink or CTUIT)
Expertise in managing benefits programs, including 401k plans
Experience overseeing Workers' Compensation, Safety Programs, and Guest Incident Claims
Strong recruiting support skills
Ability to develop and manage rewards and recognition programs
Bilingual in English and Spanish (highly valued)
Experience supervising HR Coordinators and HR Generalists
Previous HR experience in multi-location companies with 500-1000 employees
In-depth knowledge of local, California state, and federal employment laws
Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and problem-solving skills
Commitment to working full-time on-site
