DEPARTMENT: Corporate Administration, Human Resources
REPORTS TO: HR Manager
Annual Salary: $67,000-$77,500 based on interview and experience.
SUMMARY: Partner with senior leaders and their teams in a global environment to strategically and operationally support the goals of the organization.

Duties And Responsibilities
- Serve as single point of contact to functional management and operate as a trusted business partner by providing cross-functional HR advice, counsel and problem solving.
- Champion change and help position the company for success by cultivating leaders, effective communicators and empowered employees.
- Partner with management to develop a workforce and employment plan.
- Take the pulse of the organization; collect feedback formally and informally and addresses issues in a meaningful and constructive way.
- Proactively Identify potential employee-relations issues and take necessary action.
- Recommend programs and/or approaches to attract qualified candidates and retain current employees.
- Administer and communicate company-wide human resources policies, procedures, and practices in accordance with stated corporate objectives and federal and state requirements.
- Effectively manage personnel data in human resources information systems and financial systems; ensuring data integrity in all systems and throughout employee life-cycle.
- Performs other related duties as assigned by management.
- This position has no supervisory responsibilities
- Bachelor's Degree (BA) from four-year college or university, or five to eight years of related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Understands the organization’s value proposition and can articulate fundamentals of business and how the units tie together.
- Able to champion new ideas, manage change, and execute on action plans.
- Experience in all HR concentration areas such as benefits; compensation; workforce planning and employment; employee relations; occupational health, safety and security; strategic management; and employee development and training in a global environment.
- Strong union background
- Strong business acumen.
- Strategic thinker who can see long-term goals and balance against short and intermediate term needs.
- Good judgement with the ability to make timely and sound decisions.
