Summary
Provides administrative support to Senior Director of Workday HRIS and Operations and Human Resource Business Partners. Assists the department in carrying out various human resources programs, procedures and complex assignments by performing clerical tasks. Answers general questions and inquiries in all areas of human resources. Completes special projects and assignments. Florida based candidates preferred.
Primary Tasks And Resposibilities
New hire processing of Workday tasks
Transfer processing of Workday tasks
Termination processing of Workday tasks
DocuSign letters related to HR
High amounts of communications that take place via emails and tickets
Entering and monitoring of bonuses (Retention, Sign on, Referral, Relocation)
Process Unemployment claims
Process various allowances (phone, auto, EVIS)
Verification if employment
Worker Comp Wage statements
Respond to employee communications via email, Teams and MyService ticketing system
Service HRIS ticket inquires
Responsible for transactional updates to employee profiles in Workday
Prepare subpoenas and submit to attorneys’ offices
Auditing of data for all transactions on and off requisitions
Monitoring I-9’s with expiration dates
Constant HR training via biweekly Homeroom calls
Monitor and audit Motor Vehicle Report and Driving Program
APRN/PA (Direct Ledger) Annual Reviews
Records maintenance and Special Projects
Process Employee changes via Workday (address and name changes)
Processing of Recognation invoices
Providing job aids and assisting managers with Manager transactions
Additional duties as assigned
Position can be remote, on site or hybrid depending on business needs
Education/Certifications & Licenses
High School Diploma
Associates or Bachelors’ Degree in Business Administration, HR or related field preferred or equivalent experience.
PHR or SHRM a plus but not required
Experience
Minimum of three (3) years of experience in human resources or related field
At least two (2) years of experience demonstrating progressive HR responsibilities
