Who We're Looking For: EmpiRx Health is experiencing unprecedented growth, and we're seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR Generalist. In this critical role, you will serve as a strategic partner to the business leaders and employees within EmpiRx Health’s Orlando location. You will play a vital role in aligning HR initiatives with business objectives, driving talent strategies, and fostering a positive work culture.

What You'll Do: As a HR Generalist your role will encompass a wide range of responsibilities, here are a few:
Collaborate with business leaders in our Orlando location to provide strategic HR guidance and support.
Partner with management to assess and address HR needs, including talent requirements, performance management, and employee engagement.
Lead HR initiatives that support organizational objectives, including diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts.
Coach and advise managers on employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance improvement.
Manages and resolves complex employee relations issues. Conducts effective, thorough, and objective investigations.
What You Need:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
A minimum of 5 years of experience as a HR Generalist, HR Business Partner or HR Manager.
Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships at all levels.
Ability to influence and negotiate effectively.
Proficiency in HRIS systems and other HR-related software.
Strong coaching and advisory skills, with the ability to navigate complex employee relations situations.
