What You Need
- 5 to 7 years of related work experience in Human Resources as an HR Manager, HR Operations Team Lead, or HR Generalist preferred.
- 6 to 10 years of experience planning, managing, and organizing resources within short/medium timescales within the overall policy framework.
We are seeking a dynamic HR Operations Manager responsible for developing and overseeing HR Operations programs, work streams, and critical routine initiatives focused on HR Operations transformation and operational enhancements. This role will work closely with internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams to ensure timely and cost-effective program delivery. A strategic and proactive approach is essential to ensure the successful implementation and management of HR Operations initiatives.
What You’ll Do
- Serve as the global HRIS expert, addressing all system-related questions or issues.
- Collaborate with internal HR Operations, HRBPs, and vendor support teams to identify solutions and update internal process documentation.
- Prepare the system for new integrations, process improvements, and other global system-related requests.
- Deliver analyses of HR data, identify trends, and contribute to the creation of HR insights.
- Ensure data integrity in the HRIS system by creating process flows, audit trails, access restrictions, and other mechanisms.
- Develop internal communications and collaborate with colleagues to build a strong understanding of regulation and registration requirements.
- Draft HR frameworks and tools for recruitment, performance management, development, career and succession planning, compensation and benefits, diversity, employee onboarding and offboarding, and talent retention.
- Develop onboarding and offboarding processes consistent with the organization's employer brand and values, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements.
- Build effective working relationships within the internal client organization, delivering high-quality professional services.
- Manage a portfolio of audit assignments, ensuring audits cover identified risk areas and appropriate corrective actions are agreed upon.
- Partner with the Payroll team and HRBPs to proactively surface pay issues and identify solutions.
- Provide best practice support on key HR tools including PDI's OKR tool, Learning Management System (LMS), COMPT, 401k payroll administration, and other departmental systems.
