Description

We are seeking a proactive HR Recruiter to join our team, operating in the telecom industry, based in Seattle, Washington. This role offers a short term contract employment opportunity and involves executing various HR-related duties, such as internet research for potential candidates, planning new employee orientation meetings, and maintaining and updating candidate and employee database records.

Responsibilities

  • Execute various administrative duties to support the HR department
  • Conduct thorough internet research to identify potential candidates for various roles
  • Collaborate with the HR team in planning and executing new employee orientation meetings
  • Maintain and update candidate database records, ensuring the accuracy of the information

  • Utilize MS Office tools for various tasks, ensuring efficiency and accuracy
  • Apply excellent communication skills to interact with candidates and other team members
  • Utilize recruitment sourcing skills to attract potential candidates
  • Provide remote support to team members and candidates as needed
  • Conduct interviews with potential candidates, ensuring the selection of the best fit for the roles

Requirements

  • Solid proficiency in MS Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with ability to effectively interact with individuals at all levels within the organization.
  • Proven experience in conducting interviews and making hiring decisions.
  • Prior experience in recruitment and sourcing, with a strong ability to identify and attract top talent.
  • Familiarity with remote support tools and techniques and ability to manage remote recruitment processes effectively.
  • Ability to adhere to strict confidentiality protocols and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Self-motivated, with a high level of initiative and ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and make decisions under pressure.
  • Familiarity with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), and Candidate Management Systems (CMS).
  • A commitment to continuous learning and staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices in recruitment.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with potential candidates and hiring managers.
