We are seeking a proactive HR Recruiter to join our team, operating in the telecom industry, based in Seattle, Washington. This role offers a short term contract employment opportunity and involves executing various HR-related duties, such as internet research for potential candidates, planning new employee orientation meetings, and maintaining and updating candidate and employee database records.
Responsibilities
Execute various administrative duties to support the HR department
Conduct thorough internet research to identify potential candidates for various roles
Collaborate with the HR team in planning and executing new employee orientation meetings
Maintain and update candidate database records, ensuring the accuracy of the information

Utilize MS Office tools for various tasks, ensuring efficiency and accuracy
Apply excellent communication skills to interact with candidates and other team members
Utilize recruitment sourcing skills to attract potential candidates
Provide remote support to team members and candidates as needed
Conduct interviews with potential candidates, ensuring the selection of the best fit for the roles
Requirements
Solid proficiency in MS Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with ability to effectively interact with individuals at all levels within the organization.
Proven experience in conducting interviews and making hiring decisions.
Prior experience in recruitment and sourcing, with a strong ability to identify and attract top talent.
Familiarity with remote support tools and techniques and ability to manage remote recruitment processes effectively.
Ability to adhere to strict confidentiality protocols and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
Self-motivated, with a high level of initiative and ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and make decisions under pressure.
Familiarity with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), and Candidate Management Systems (CMS).
A commitment to continuous learning and staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices in recruitment.
Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with potential candidates and hiring managers.
