Are you a proactive HR Generalist with a knack for scaling talent and systems in a high-growth (fully remote) environment? Wall Street Oasis, the leading online community for finance professionals with over 1 million members, is experiencing explosive growth (revenue AND profit) and needs a skilled HR Generalist to help us navigate this exciting phase.
About Us:
Wall Street Oasis is a bootstrapped 18 year old "startup". We aren't just a hub for finance enthusiasts and students looking to build a career in finance; we’re a rapidly expanding force in the finance and career training industry, with over 20 million engagements per month across our site and our social platforms alone (200+million impressions/month), our growth is at a major inflection point, so we need someone that can take on projects, over-communicates (important w fully remote) and helps us get better every day.
We are dedicated to connecting and empowering students and professionals worldwide. As we continue to scale, we’re seeking an HR Generalist who can build robust hiring systems, manage our growing team of Head Mentors, onboard new team members, and ensure we have the right people in the right seats to drive our success.
What You’ll Do:
- Hiring Systems: Develop and implement effective hiring processes to support our rapid growth. Your systems will be crucial in attracting and selecting top talent.
- Candidate Screening: Utilize your expertise to screen candidates and ensure we bring on board individuals who align with our mission and culture.
- Team Management: Oversee and support our current team of Mentors, ensuring they have the resources and guidance they need to excel so that our students continue to get exceptional service.
- Onboarding: Create and execute an exceptional onboarding experience for new hires, setting them up for success from day one.
- Talent Placement: Strategically place the right people in the right roles to build a world-class team that drives our continued growth.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience: 3-5 years of experience in HR, preferably in a fast-paced or rapidly growing company.
- Skills: Strong organizational skills, excellent communication, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Knowledge: Deep understanding of HR processes, recruitment strategies, and employee management. Not afraid of CRMs and systems.
- Passion: A drive to help build a stellar team and contribute to our exciting growth journey.
Compensation:
- Base Salary: $100,000
- Profit Share Bonus: $10,000 - $30,000 per year (earned quarterly) based on company performance with the ability to grow significantly as the profit of the business grows because of your amazing hires...
