HVAC Account Manager

Jennings Mechanical is a leading provider of HVAC solutions, known for our commitment to quality service and customer satisfaction. We are expanding our team and are looking for a dynamic and driven HVAC Service Account Manager to join us.

Are you an experienced salesperson with a "hunter" mindset? Do you thrive on seeking out new opportunities and closing deals? If so, Jennings Mechanical wants you to join our team as an HVAC Service Account Manager. This role is critical in driving our growth by identifying and securing new business opportunities as well as managing current accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities to generate sales.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their HVAC needs and offer tailored solutions.
• Create and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets and goals.
• Collaborate with the technical team to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Stay informed about industry trends and competitive landscape.
  
  

Qualifications:

• Proven track record of successful sales experience with a "hunter" mentality.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
• Self-motivated with a drive to succeed and achieve targets.
• HVAC sales experience is not required but is a plus.
