About The Job

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Implementation Specialist to join our team. The Implementation Specialist plays a pivotal role in managing the end-to-end implementation process for new clients, ensuring timely execution, and coordinating internal teams to deliver successful outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end implementation process for new clients, from project kickoff to go-live, ensuring that all milestones are met within the agreed timeline.
• Act as the main point of contact for internal stakeholders, providing regular updates, addressing concerns, and facilitating effective communication throughout the implementation phase.
• Collaborate and coordinate closely with the Customer Success Manager and internal teams to align implementation activities with client goals and objectives.
• Identify and mitigate risks that may impact the implementation process, and proactively address any issues or roadblocks that arise.
• Maintain accurate documentation and project records, including project plans, timelines, and client communications.
• Continuously evaluate and optimise the implementation process to improve efficiency and client experience.
  
  

About You

• Previous experience in project management, preferably in the SaaS industry or software implementation field.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities, able to spot issues promptly and find practical solutions.
• Ability to prioritise tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Basic understanding of SaaS products and services, with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies and software applications.
• Comfortable with basic technical concepts to help navigate the implementation process effectively.
• Able to thrive in start-up and remote-first environments.
• Fluency in English, both spoken and written.
