In-House Employment Lawyer

Seeking a dynamic and experienced In-House Employment Lawyer to provide comprehensive legal support on employment law-related matters to a premier Kansas City company.

The In-House Employment Lawyer will provide pragmatic day-to-day advice and counsel, collaborate with HR and management to develop, revise, and implement policies and proactive strategies to mitigate legal risks and ensure regulatory compliance, provide training on topics pertaining to employment law, and oversee outside counsel representing the company in employment-related litigation.

Targeting candidates with 3-6+ years of employment law experience. Exemplary problem solving, communication, relationship building, and collaboration skills are essential. JD and bar admission required. EOE
