Job Details

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Inside Sales Specialist - Aerospace to join our rapidly expanding team. This role is a unique opportunity to work with a diverse portfolio of clients and manage key accounts within the Engineering industry. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional customer service, driving sales, and contributing to our company's growth and success. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong technical background, excellent interpersonal skills, and a passion for sales and customer relationship management.

Responsibilities

  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions to meet their objectives.
  • Collaborate with the engineering team to ensure timely finish of projects.
  • Conduct regular account reviews to track clients' progress and identify potential areas of improvement.
  • Drive sales and revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities and expanding relationships with existing clients.
  • Manage and resolve complex client issues, liaising with the appropriate internal teams to provide timely and efficient solutions.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of our products and services, staying up-to-date with industry trends and competitive landscape.
  • Provide regular sales forecasts and reports to management, using data to inform strategic decisions and initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in inside sales, account management, or a similar role within the Engineering industry.
  • Proven track record of managing large accounts and achieving sales targets.
  • Exceptional project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Strong technical acumen, with a solid understanding of engineering principles and practices.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal teams.
  • Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Demonstrated ability to think strategically and analytically, with excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Self-motivated and results-driven, with a commitment to delivering high levels of customer service.
