Job Details
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Inside Sales Specialist - Aerospace to join our rapidly expanding team. This role is a unique opportunity to work with a diverse portfolio of clients and manage key accounts within the Engineering industry. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional customer service, driving sales, and contributing to our company's growth and success. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong technical background, excellent interpersonal skills, and a passion for sales and customer relationship management.
Responsibilities
Cultivate and maintain relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions to meet their objectives.
Collaborate with the engineering team to ensure timely finish of projects.
Conduct regular account reviews to track clients' progress and identify potential areas of improvement.
Drive sales and revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities and expanding relationships with existing clients.
Manage and resolve complex client issues, liaising with the appropriate internal teams to provide timely and efficient solutions.
Maintain a deep understanding of our products and services, staying up-to-date with industry trends and competitive landscape.
Provide regular sales forecasts and reports to management, using data to inform strategic decisions and initiatives.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
A minimum of 3 years of experience in inside sales, account management, or a similar role within the Engineering industry.
Proven track record of managing large accounts and achieving sales targets.
Exceptional project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.
Strong technical acumen, with a solid understanding of engineering principles and practices.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal teams.
Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Demonstrated ability to think strategically and analytically, with excellent problem-solving skills.
Self-motivated and results-driven, with a commitment to delivering high levels of customer service.
