At Benjamin, we're passionate about rewarding everyday actions through our MoMo’s (Money Moments). Benjamin is a new cash-rewards platform for consumers, merchants and gamers to earn cash, called Benjamin Money Moments, by completing daily tasks, playing casual games, viewing content and ads, and making everyday card purchases with cash back.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Development and management of Benjamin Intranet (Google Workspace, Slack, etc.)
  • Deploy and manage firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems (IDS/IPS), and VPNs
  • Create, update, and remove user accounts in the company's services
  • Set up and configure computers, smartphones, and other devices for users
  • Management of permissions and access rights to ensure users have appropriate access to resources
  • Provide technical support to users, resolving hardware, software, and connectivity issues
  • Develop and enforce IT security policies and procedures
  • Deploy and manage antivirus and anti-malware solutions
  • Conduct regular security audits to identify vulnerabilities and compliance issues
  • Respond to and manage security incidents, including data breaches and cyberattacks
  • Provide regular reports on IT performance, issues, and security status
  • Stay updated with the latest IT trends, technologies, and best practices

Qualifications

  • 2+ years experience in IT support, network administration, or systems administration is highly valuable
  • Experience with troubleshooting hardware and software issues, user support, and managing IT infrastructure
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects, prioritize effectively, and maintain documentation
  • Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate with design and development teams as well as managers
  • Willingness to stay updated with new technologies, trends, and best practices in IT

Ideal Candidate:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with users and team members effectively
  • CompTIA, ITIL or relevant experience is a plus
