WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR: Fors Marsh is seeking a junior designer to contribute to the creative design process. This is an associate level role with a focus on learning and assisting in design execution. This individual would work with other designers, art directors, and copywriters to provide foundational support to the creative team on design-related tasks.
Responsibilities include:
- Collaborate with team members to develop creative concepts based on project briefs and creative direction.
- Develop design concepts following brand guidelines and creative direction from senior team members.
- Organize and manage design files, assets, and resources for efficient workflow.
- Prepare and package design files for production and delivery, including resizing existing assets.
- Implement client feedback and make necessary design revisions.
- Ensure consistency and maintain quality control in design output.
- Prepare presentations and templates for client deliverables.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop and InDesign.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, including Word and PowerPoint.
- Associate’s degree or equivalent of experience in areas such as graphic design, advertising, or marketing.
- 1-3 years of experience in related field (advertising, marketing, graphic design)
- Critical thinking skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Time management.
- Ability to manage dynamic workload.
- Must be a U.S. Citizen and consent to a full background check due to our federal contract requirements.
