Our client is looking for a detail-oriented, flexible, and highly responsive individual to join our
marketing team with a focus on broader project management and promo and launch execution.
This individual will work closely with the VP of Marketing, the Senior Retention Marketing
Manager, and other cross-functional resources to support across promo planning, project
management and coordination via ClickUp, digital asset requests, and more.

Salary: $800 - $1,000/month

Responsibilities:
Support the Marketing team in planning and adjustment for upcoming promotions
Meet weekly with the Senior Retention Marketing Manager around asset requests and other promotional needs
Own the ClickUp (project management tool) process and calendar for promotions and launches, including, but not limited to, task setup and assignation, asset requests, and timeline adjustment
Submit asset requests across copy, graphics, video, and more to support the above efforts
Assist with reporting and data gathering around promotional success
Support in broader project management needs as needed by the marketing team
Required experience:
2-3 years of project management experience with a digital-first direct to consumer brand. Beauty experience preferred
Experience working in Asana or ClickUp
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Knowledge with traditional ecommerce promotional best practices and strategies
Strong attention to detail
Experience working in a cross-functional role between Marketing, Web, and Creative
teams.
Self-starter who knows how to move tasks forward vs. having to be guided
Nice to have experience:
Any additional experience with web management via Shopify is a plus
Any personal experience with graphic design is a plus
