Lifecycle Marketing Manager

NewHomesMate is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-centric Lifecycle Marketing Manager to join our team. This individual will play a crucial role in ensuring consistency in language, value propositions, and messaging across all customer touchpoints. The ideal candidate will come to possess a deep understanding of our customer base and will be responsible for testing, optimizing, and continuously improving our communications to enhance the overall customer experience.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain consistent language, value propositions, and messaging across all customer touchpoints, including email, website, social media, and other channels.
• Conduct thorough testing of communication strategies to ensure optimal performance and effectiveness.
• Work to establish and then analyze communication metrics and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, product development, and customer service, to align communication strategies with business objectives.
• Work with marketing to develop and implement targeted campaigns to engage and retain customers.
• Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in communication and customer relationship management.
• Lead online and offline customer research efforts to help us better understand their wants, needs, and fears.
• Act as a champion for the customer, advocating for their needs and preferences in all communication and product initiatives.
• Monitor and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards related to communication and customer data privacy.
• Support general marketing activities including website content creation, advertising content, and other ad-hoc projects
  
  

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of experience in a communications management role, preferably in a B2C company.
• Strong understanding of customer lifecycle management principles and best practices.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and concisely.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality in all communications.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency in communication and analytics tools, such as email marketing platforms, customer relationship management (CRM) systems, and data analytics software.
