Logistics Coordinator

LHH is representing a client in search of a dedicated and organized Warehouse and Logistics Coordinator. This role is critical to ensuring the efficient operation of our client's warehouse, including shipping and receiving, managing inventory, and maintaining strong communication with clients. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in warehouse or logistics, be tech-savvy, and proficient in MS Office suites. Salary is $55,000-$65,000 DOE.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee shipping and receiving processes to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products.
• Organize and maintain the warehouse, ensuring it is clean, safe, and efficient.
• Communicate effectively with clients via email to provide updates and address any inquiries.
• Ensure timely schedules with client orders and coordinate logistics to meet deadlines.
• Manage the inventory database to track stock levels, orders, and deliveries.
• Oversee production timeliness to ensure products are manufactured and shipped according to schedule.

Requirements:

• 1-2 years of experience in warehouse or logistics operations.
• Tech-savvy with proficiency in MS Office suites (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
