How can you make an impact?

The Digital Reporting & Insights Manager will work closely with business marketing and web experience teams to understand business requirements, analyze digital activities across multiple channels, and make data-informed optimization recommendations to improve performance results. This position will define the analytics approach and measurement standards. This Digital Reporting & Insights Manager will be responsible for the design, development and maintenance of performance measurement dashboards and related analyses to access the effectiveness of digital initiatives and identify areas for optimization (actionable insights). This individual will analyze online user behavior, campaign performance and customer satisfaction. Working closely with the technology teams to integrate multiple data sources and ensure continuous improvement of the data analysis tools and processes. The individual will be part of the COE Digital team that will work collaboratively with other teams to effectively support data driven decisions on the website.

This position is remote and candidates must be authorized to work in the United States

What you will be doing:

  • Evaluate digital/eCommerce performance and develop meaningful reports with actionable insights to improve conversion goals (revenue or lead generation) and enhance user experience and customer satisfaction.
  • Create and share website analytics and insights through appropriate tools - Adobe Workspace, Tableau, Domo, or another.
  • Build and refine dashboards related to customer experience, especially related to website behavior and satisfaction.
  • Analyze digital marketing efforts to make informed recommendations on campaign optimization opportunities.
  • Proactively identify and present key data insights and trends
  • Perform ad hoc analysis as needed to identify ways to address key issues or areas of concern.
  • Work with requestors to define requirements for reporting changes and enhancements.
  • Partner with technical teams to identify appropriate data sources, like Adobe Analytics feeds, sales feeds, and survey data.
  • Provide regular, meaningful, and actionable insights based on data that enables the business to take action to drive conversions and adjust strategy.
  • Conduct routine competitive benchmarking and analysis for web/eCommerce activities.
  • Develop and lead improved data-driven decision-making process to improve web and eCommerce outcomes.
  • Keep abreast of data standards and industry trends.

What you’ll need to be successful:

  • 3+ years of experience in data analytics or similar function with focus on e-commerce analysis and insights
  • High proficiency using analytics, reporting, and data visualization tools (ie Adobe Analytics, Tableau, Alteryx)
  • SQL skills
  • Advanced expertise in MS Excel, PowerPoint
  • Bachelor's degree; Master's degree preferred

The pay range for this position is between $82,150-$129,850 annually, however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and location. An annual bonus plan may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical and/or other benefits, depending on the position offered.
