Key Responsibilities
Lead and oversee all statutory financial reporting for the organization
Establish, maintain, and enforce policies and procedures to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, in line with applicable accounting standards (GAAP, Regulatory).
Ensure strong internal controls are in place and maintained across all reporting processes.
Collaborate with internal and external business partners to ensure seamless financial operations.
Manage, mentor, and develop the accounting team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
Required Qualifications
Bachelors Degree in Accounting.
5+ years of accounting experience with a focus on financial reporting.
Lead or supervisory/management experience.
Preferred Qualifications
CPA certification.
Experience in healthcare insurance.
Statutory reporting experience.
Expertise in process improvement.
