Manager of Partner Growth


We are seeking an ambitious Manager of Channel & Strategic Partnerships to join our dynamic partner team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading a team to grow Botrista with new and existing partners.

You will be a key decision maker for every aspect of the partnership team - from strategy to sales; operations to customer success. You will own critical internal and external partnerships relationships, including with customers.

You will work closely with the VP of Partnerships to expand the partnerships team. You will develop strategy then operationalize the new direction by leading teams to execution.

The partnerships team owns Botrista's exciting new verticals and new customer segments - and the Manager of Channel & Strategic Partnerships will be involved in all aspects of this creative business.

This position requires (1) strategic thinking with organized frameworks; (2) strong communication skills, including verbal and written; (3) and test-and-learn attitudes with the ability to manage complex business experiments.

Responsibilities

    • Expanding the partnership team's business to new customers and segments
    • Creating business reports and delivering with key customers
    • Data analysis to understand what aspects of Botrista's business is working and where improvements are needed
    • Building relationships with partners and owning long-term relationships
    • Coordinating cross functionally to deploy innovations across the business


Requirements

    • 4+ years of experience in technology, consulting, finance, business operations, and/or growth
    • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills - with proven track record of owning internal and external relationships
    • Ability to craft presentations and model financial impacts
    • Experimental attitude with a desire to learn and continuously improve
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
    • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
    • 30% travel required

Salary Range:
$145,000 - $160,000
