NDI is a service provider for mid-sized companies that implements and operates Generative AI solutions. Our focus are managed services for the ongoing monitoring and evolution of Generative AI solutions. We build prototypes and solutions free of charge. We charge only for the actual usage and linked to the client business case. We have secured partnerships with EMA.co, Enterprise Bot and Microsoft. NDI was founded in 2023 and is seeking for rapid establishment of market leadership.

Overview

As the Country Managing Director for USA at New Digital Intelligence, you will be responsible for implementing our innovative business model into the USA market. We are looking for a highly motivated entrepreneur who can build up a business unit very fast, driving innovation and hyper-growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Adapt and implement our existing business concept, delivery, and pricing model to the USA market, ensuring relevance and competitiveness
• Adapt and implement marketing and branding campaigns in social and other media
• Develop a local sales approach and implement this using the supporting services of our international company
• Originate and manage a local pipeline of opportunities
• Oversee local project and client delivery
• Operate local finances and company back-office in tight collaboration with our global company
• Establish and manage local collaboration with key partners
• Build a strong local team

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a leadership role with expertise in market expansion and business model adaptation
• Experience with building up a business
• Fluency in English is essential

Financial Terms

• Preferential Profit: profit of the local business unit will be allocated to the CMD (100% of the first 100k, 50% of profit up to 1 million)
• Share Program: 5% of overall company (holding). Awarded after 6 months. One time, when meeting the business plan, the value of the shares is targeted to be 21 Mio. USD
