Managing Director - Wireless/Renewables

Unison is a telecom and renewables infrastructure investment firm funded in partnership with Ardian - the global investment house based in Paris with over $150 billion in assets under management. Unison commenced operations in 2003 and today invests in real estate and infrastructure hosting wireless and renewables tenants in the United States and Europe. The Company is expanding rapidly and looking for talented, entrepreneurial team members to grow with us.

The Team:

The Unison team seeks a Managing Director who is an experienced sales leader to materially increase the pace of our investment. Reporting to the Global Managing Director of Origination, the MD will lead a new sales team parallel to our current team. Our goal is to double the size of our business.

The Job:

• First - Learn our business. We expect our Managing Directors to have functional industry proficiency within 90 days
• Second – Personal production metrics which meet or exceed company standards
• Third- Recruit, train and develop a team of 5 Originators – then grow to 10 and so on
• Finally - Scale this new team using our existing support functions – data, CRM, lead generation, legal and portfolio management
  
  
  

Required Education and Experience:

• 8+ years of progressive B2C origination and closing experience
• Demonstrated experience building and leading an effective origination team
• Useful background
• Familiarity with finance concepts such as IRR and NPV
• Familiarity with real estate origination and closing
• Related industries: commercial real estate, mortgages, telecom, mineral rights acquisition, or renewables industries
• Bachelor's degree required
