Role: Marketing Director (Player/Coach)

Our client is a premier B2B PR and Marketing firm that helps companies develop and improve their lead generation through effective media coverage and marketing strategies that drive inbound conversions and measurable ROI.

With a specific focus supporting customers in supply chain, logistics, and technology, their unique approach and industry expertise has provided a solid foundation for long-term, profitable growth.

Recently listed on Inc. 5000 Fastest Growing Companies in the Southeast, our client is rapidly expanding. They are seeking an experienced Marketing Director with ABM expertise who is ready to lead and develop a team in a fast paced environment where execution is key. This is a player/coach type role where you will manage a team of six and help with client work.

What You’ll Need to Get Here:

• Expert level ABM (Account Based Marketing) experience - mandatory
• Logistics Marketing Experience
• Agency Experience 4+ years
• Located in / around Atlanta - (One day a week in the office is required)
• Leadership and Management Experience

• A Strategic Marketing Leader Who:
• Is an expert in Account Based Marketing
• Has a track record of measurable success with ABM
• Experience with Terminus, DemandBase, RollWorks, etc.
• Has the ability to manage and develop talent across the marketing team
• Delivers outstanding client service
• Stays up to date with the latest marketing trends, news, and industry insights
• Naturally curious, always learning, and can teach team members new skills
• Enjoys experimenting to discover ways to deliver above average results
• Is digital and social media savvy with excellent communication skills
• Is capable of managing multiple projects and client accounts with quality and efficiency
• Can adapt communication style to suit different audiences.

Salary: $100,000- $130,000 + Bonus

Location: Atlanta, GA - One day a week in the office is required.
