The Marketing Intelligence & Analytics Manager spearheads the company's data-driven initiatives, supporting strategic decision-making and optimizing revenue streams. This role leverages advanced analytics to dissect various forms of revenue-related data, including digital ad platforms, CRM data, consumer behavior, and pricing strategies. Duties and Responsibilities:
Analyze Data for Revenue Optimization: Use advanced analytics to evaluate critical revenue-related data, including digital marketing platforms, CRM and sales data, pricing strategies, and consumer behavior, to uncover trends and insights that drive business growth
Customer Journey Analytics: Segment customers by various metrics and develop targeted marketing and pricing strategies to maximize revenue and improve customer satisfaction. Implement campaigns to effectively upsell and cross-sell to existing customers
Market Research Leadership: Oversee all aspects of market research, from demographic analysis to economic viability studies, providing strategic recommendations based on your findings
Guest Experience Analysis: Manage the creation and analysis of guest surveys, utilizing feedback to enhance the overall customer experience and inform new product and service developments
Forecasting and Predictive Analytics: Build predictive models and forecasts to identify future revenue opportunities and trends, adjusting strategies based on market dynamics
Data Visualization and Reporting: Develop and automate critical dashboards and reports, present key insights to stakeholders, and collaborate with IT to enhance data tools and accessibility
Requirements:
Qualifications: A Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Business Analytics, or related field is required; an advanced degree is preferred
Experience: Demonstrable expertise in data analytics, specifically in revenue optimization and predictive modeling, with a proven track record of driving business growth through data insights
Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in SQL, Python, R, and data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI.
Marketing Prowess: In-depth knowledge of CRM systems, digital marketing platforms and automation tools
Research Acumen: Extensive experience with various research methodologies and a solid grasp of statistical sampling methods. Experience with Placer.ai is a plus.
Analytical Abilities: Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
Communication: Strong presentation and communication skills, adept at explaining complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders
Team Collaboration: Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment, promoting collaborative data analysis and decision-making

The salary range for this role considers a range of variables used in making compensation decisions and may include but is not limited to; experience, training, licenses, certifications, skills sets, business needs, travel. Compensation decisions are dependent on the unique variables that are present, a reasonable estimate of the current range is $75,000-$110,000 This range has not been adjusted based on the geographic location of the successful incumbent.
