Who They're Looking For:

Pairtu is looking for a Marketing Leader with a blend of healthcare marketing expertise and a passion for testing and iterating from the ground level. Your role will be pivotal in shaping the marketing framework of our platform, aligning it perfectly with clinical needs and payor systems.


What We Need:

  • Exhibit high emotional intelligence, with a passion for directly impacting patient and provider experiences.
  • Lead overall site conversion rate optimization and develop and optimize landing page strategy.
  • Formulate the company’s user acquisition strategy. Set and manage an aggressive customer acquisition goal. Create / Implement initiatives to hit that acquisition goal.
  • Full ownership over digital marketing strategy and implementation of marketing team. Including: funnel optimization, content creation, campaign execution, talking to users, etc.
  • Develop strategic acquisition and retention marketing plans to drive growth and maximize immediate and long-term ROI.
  • Continuously test and optimize new channels, audiences, bidding strategies, visual creative, and copy.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on KPIs to ensure marketing initiatives are driving profitable acquisition.
  • Use web analytics and business intelligence tools such as Google Analytics and internal dashboards to better understand our customers and exploit those insights in marketing campaigns.


What You’ll Bring:

  • 3+ years of growth-focused digital marketing experience; startup experience preferred.
  • Proven experience building comprehensive digital marketing strategies from scratch.
  • A data-driven mindset with a knack for storytelling through numbers.
  • Hands-on experience managing paid (FB/IG, Google, etc.) and organic (SEO, content) acquisition.
  • A scrappy, resourceful, and adventurous spirit with a “get it done” attitude.

Salary & Compensation:

  • Competitive salary and equity for early stage and based on experience.
