Mechanical Design Engineer - Automotive Manufacturing

Position Overview: We are looking for a motivated Mechanical Design Engineer to join our engineering team. This role will be responsible for developing and designing automotive mechanical systems, components, and products. The successful candidate will have experience working with mechanical manufacturing in an automotive manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Define, design, and develop automotive mechanical systems, components, and products.
• Collaborate with other members of the engineering team to execute successful designs.
• Analyze design performance and recommend improvements.
• Evaluate design alternatives and determine the best option for the project.
• Create and modify engineering drawings and technical documents.
• Test and troubleshoot designs.
• Ensure adherence to applicable standards and quality requirements.
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 3+ years of relevant experience in mechanical design.
• Proficiency in CAD software such as SolidWorks, Pro-E, Autodesk Inventor, or Creo.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of mechanical engineering principles.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
