TL;DR Kharon is seeking a full-time, D.C.-based Operations Coordinator to facilitate office administration and other operations projects. This role is expected to report to our Washington D.C. location 5 days per week. Responsibilities : Manage office and team logistics, maintaining supplies, overseeing equipment functionality, and coordinating events + schedules. Maintain an efficient office environment by ensuring tidiness, organization, and functionality to support productivity. Handle office communications by managing incoming/outgoing mail, packages, deliveries, and coordinating events and meetings. Occasionally run errands as needed to support office operations, such as picking up supplies or handling external deliveries. Assist in arranging travel and accommodations for Kharon team members and leadership. Support various internal teams with miscellaneous tasks and projects, including scheduling, recruitment, people operations initiatives, onboarding, information security, training, etc. Qualifications: A Bachelor's degree in any area of study. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, GSuite, Slack, Zoom. Experience in managing office logistics, including supplies, equipment, and relocations. Experience supporting a globally dispersed or hybrid workforce. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Experience in, or a basic understanding of, human resources tasks such as recruitment support, onboarding, team member relations, and/or compliance preferred but not required Kharon is a highly disruptive and incredibly innovative organization that navigates risk at the intersection of global security threats + international commerce. The base salary range at Kharon is set between $70,000 and $85,000.
