The Program Director is a strategic leadership role responsible for overseeing the planning, implementation, and tracking of multiple projects and programs from conception to completion. This role ensures operational excellence, high-quality delivery, and alignment with MetroStar’s BHAG, Strategy Map, and program delivery goals.

What you’ll do:

  • Support growth initiatives from identification to capture and proposals resulting in new revenue for MetroStar
  • Develop and implement comprehensive program and project management strategies that align with MetroStar’s objectives.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to ensure effective collaboration, communication, and achievement of project milestones and deliverables.
  • Monitor program performance against plans and budgets, adjusting strategies and resources as necessary to meet objectives.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams, to ensure alignment and satisfaction.
  • Drive continuous improvement in operational processes and delivery mechanisms to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, industry standards, and organizational policies.
  • Provide leadership, mentor ship, and direction to the operations and project management teams.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on program status, challenges, and achievements to senior management and stakeholders.

What you’ll need to succeed:

  • Active TS//SCI with ability to obtain CI poly
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering or Information Technology Preferred
  • 15 years of experience supporting government missions
  • 10 years’ experience managing enterprise-scale IT or IT-related programs/projects, including scheduling, staffing, planning, cost control and risk management within the Intelligence Community
  • Relevant certification(s) in Project/Program Management and Government Contracting and Acquisition (i.e., PMP, ITIL, Scrum, PMI, DAWIA)
