About us The India Climate Collaborative (ICC) was established in 2020 to coordinate and support Indian philanthropists scaling corporate and family philanthropy in India for climate impact. We unlock philanthropic capital, identify catalytic climate priorities, and create connective infrastructure to support that mission We were founded by some of India's pre-eminent corporate and philanthropic leaders, including Rohini Nilekani, Ratan Tata, Anand Mahindra, Nadir Godrej, and others.

Our team is a small, tight‐knit group driven by a shared passion for achieving the ICC’s mission and vision. An ideal addition to our team is a self-starter, always willing to roll up their sleeves and get stuff done. We prefer candidates with a good eye for detail, commitment to a high quality of output, and a team-centric mindset.

Assignment: Develop and plan the M&E operations for ICC.

Reporting Manager: Senior Program Manager.

Key Responsibilities

  • Set up the org-wide OKR monitoring process
  • Design and support need assessment to track org wide MEL needs
  • Update M&E framework to track outputs and outcomes
  • Support M&E workplan development and put together required outputs for the processes

Requirements

  • An understanding of the M&E approach and methods for impact measurement, monitoring, and evaluation, Theory of Change, KPIs.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, with an ability to communicate effectively in a style appropriate to a range of stakeholders.
  • Excellent MS-office skills and ability to work with Excel, PowerPoint, and Word. Experience with online survey forms, and dashboard development is good to have but not required.
  • Very organized and methodical in working, to be able to manage large sets of qualitative and qualitative information and generate insights.
  • A self-starter, flexible, and ready to support where required.
  • Ability to process information from multiple sources, and compile and articulate it in a presentable manner.

Location Remote, India

Duration: 2 months (can be extended, depending on organizational needs/performance)

Compensation: Includes a stipend

Nature of the role: Internship (full-time)
