• Coordinate and manage residential Projects, schedules-subcontractor, obtain commitments, material purchase.
• - Monitor project material, progress daily, P.Os, subcontracts and ensure adherence to timelines
• Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure effective
  
  

communication and coordination liaison to owner

• Prepare and maintain project documentation, schedule, material orders, subcontracts,
• Conduct research and analysis to support project decision-making.
• Assist in the resolution of project issues and conflicts
• Provide administrative support to the project team as needed
  
  

Qualifications:

10 years plus in residential remodeling a must.

• Proven experience in project coordination or related roles/construction background.
• Strong knowledge of project management principles and methodologies
• Proficiency in 2020 software (cabinet design) Sage 100, 2020 software) chief architect, sketch up, Dropbox, Monday app
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize competing demands
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment

Summary

As a Project Coordinator, you will be instrumental in overseeing the successful execution of construction projects. Utilizing core skills in construction management software, project scheduling, and project coordination, you will ensure projects are completed on time and within budget. Your premium skills in sage 100, Monday app, Microsoft projct, will enhance your ability to manage complex construction tasks effectively. With relevant skills in blueprint reading and contracts, you will facilitate clear communication among project team and client.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
