Project Coordinator - Remote / Telecommute

Job Description:
  • Conduct quality assurance and approvals for cash assistance program data.
  • Develop, learn, and serve as a power user for the online database.
  • Assist with project planning, assessing risks and opportunities, creating budgets, communicating with stakeholders, troubleshooting problems, etc.
  • Develop and implement standardized training regimes to support contractor PPP Policy Manual and PPP Policy Use Case Manual compliance.
  • Develop training for all end-users use of online databases in accordance with state policy and relevant state and Federal Regulations.
  • Monitor and approve incoming cash assistance data from contractors and identifies positive and negative trends pursuant to established policy.
  • Identify system deficiencies in alignment with policy.
  • Conduct program testing and sign-off for data related projects. Assist with the development of contract budgets.
  • Assist with contract monitoring.
  • Assist with developing program policy.
  • Undertaking a variety of administrative duties to tasks, including those identified above.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suites.
Experience Required:

  • Data stream pattern recognition.
  • Adept at learning to be and serving as a power user for Client data systems.
  • Adept at interpreting and analyzing often complex and fluid federal and state policies and contracts.
  • Ability to undertake business impact analyses and prioritize tasks accordingly.
  • Ability to effectively communicate business impact analyses to leaders and contractors.
  • Policy implementation and compliance.
  • Experience working with refugees and migrants.
  • Knowledge of mainstream public benefits.
Education Required:
  • Bachelor's degree in Public or Business Administration, Social Work, Sociology, or related field and 1 year of experience in project coordination (e.g., writing policy/procedure, managing the day-to-day operations/activities of a project, tracking projects, preparing, and making formal presentations to partners, management, entities, etc.) social and economic development, communications, or public policy development, or a comparable combination of education and experience.
