This school will empower more students to pursue engineering and technology degrees, meeting the growing demand for skilled professionals in these fields.   As the second largest producer of engineering graduates in #Utah, UVU is poised to make an even bigger impact. We're honored to be part of this project that will shape the future of engineering education and workforce development.

A ceremonial groundbreaking? 𝗧𝗵𝗮𝘁'𝘀 𝗺𝘂𝘀𝗶𝗰 𝘁𝗼 𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗲𝗮𝗿𝘀! 🎶   Yesterday, our team, alongside RED Development, SmithGroup, and Cresa, broke ground on Fender Musical Instruments Corporation's new 77,000 SF office building at the former #ParadiseValley Mall site.   This rocking space will feature: 🎸 An array of cutting-edge facilities, including a model shop for designing guitars and amplifiers. 🎸 A custom sound room, café, and collaborative workspaces. 🎸 Completion slated for fall 2025.   We're excited to see how this new facility will not only fuel Fender's growth but also enrich the local community and its vibrant musical culture.

Pie Town’s about to get a whole lot sweeter… and taller 🏗️   We've begun work on Ray Nashville, a 32-story mixed-use tower in #Nashville's Pie Town neighborhood.   At 575,000 SF, Ray Nashville presents a complex vertical build. Our team is constructing 367 units, from studios to three-bedrooms, while integrating diverse amenities. The project includes a fitness center, yoga studio, and coworking spaces, challenging us to efficiently blend living areas and shared facilities within an urban tower.   Layton Vice President Brooks Rutledge notes, “Ray showcases Nashville's growth and Layton's capabilities. Our #Nashville team stepped up at the "𝐇𝐚𝐫𝐝 𝐇𝐚𝐭𝐬 𝐰𝐢𝐭𝐡 𝐇𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐭" walk on September 21 for a day of cardio. And boy, did they bring their A-game!   Not only did they hoof it for heart health, they clinched the "Golden Hard Hat Challenge," raising $14,655 for the American Heart Association!   Vice President Jay Adams puts it best: "We're proud to see our team come together for such an important cause. Thank you to everyone who participated and contributed!"   To everyone who laced up, chipped in, or cheered from the sidelines: you’re the real MVPs. ❤️👷❤️

Nearly 600 students are now living the 𝙨𝙪𝙞𝙩𝙚 𝙡𝙞𝙛𝙚 at Utah Tech University.   Community members and UT students gathered to celebrate the ribbon-cutting of Campus View Suites III—the third #studenthousing complex completed by the Layton team on campus! The 164,600 SF facility includes 564 beds and 100 units, offering modern living spaces and seamless access to campus resources.   Fun fact: The complex was fully leased before construction even started—a testament to the growing demand for quality student housing in the City of St. George. Along with shared, semi-private, and  private dormitory options, residents now enjoy: • Fitness, game, and multi-purpose rooms. • Public kitchens and laundry rooms. • Private, semi-private,  and shared study rooms on each floor. • Indoor bike storage, public hammocks, and a putting green. • Housing staff offices. • Access to Corner Market, a full service, on-campus grocery store.   We're proud to have collaborated with Utah Tech University, #Utah Division of Facilities Construction and Management, and method studio to bring this project to fruition. Together, we've created a space that will enhance the college experience for years to come.
