Participate in defining, communicating and aligning RMT strategy with overall Technology and business strategies.
Develop and track progress of key performance indicators of RMT. Prepare reports and dashboards and regularly communicate status of programs to RMT Director, RMT Regional Program Managers, Procurement counterparts and other internal stakeholders.
Manage and maintain a pipeline of global projects with input from Procurement and Business stakeholders and drive prioritization through Matched-Pairs. Align resource allocation with project priorities and budget. Provide management oversight and project governance through effective use of the stage-gate process.
Interact with Suppliers to define RM specifications; in some cases, develop new suppliers for key raw materials to ensure supply security and raw material quality.
Manage the operations of the team and lab facility, leading employees to meet organization’s goals on safety, quality, and productivity. Develop and implement staffing plans, OPEX and CAPEX budgets.
Maintain communication practices through department meetings, one-on-one meetings, email, IM, and regular interpersonal communication.
Make business decisions that are financially responsible, accountable, justifiable, and defensible in accordance with organization policies and procedures.

Recruit, on-board, train and provide oversight to people managers and key technical talent

Qualification
Bachelor’s degree in science or engineering; advance degrees preferred
10+ years of work experience in progressively complex, matrixed environment
Ability to multitask and prioritize work in a self-directed capacity.
Ability to balance potentially competing needs of multiple customers in a matrix environment.
Outstanding communication skills and ability to operate across countries, communicate and coordinate effectively across organizational boundaries
Ability to positively influence others, create a passion for excellence, and execute multiple projects to meet customer expectations
Skilled at interpersonal relationship building and employee coaching and development
