Real Estate Project Manager

  • Schedule: In office on Tuesdays & Wednesdays (2x per week)
  • Targeted Years of Experience: 5-7 years

Responsibilities For Real Estate Project Manager

  • Deliver real estate entitlements for Small Cells to support evolving network enhancements.
  • Grow and manage relationships with internal and external partners.
  • Conduct contract review and negotiation.
  • Solve general problems related to real estate projects.
  • Perform cost analysis.
  • Implement best practices.
  • Manage overall project management.
  • Build collaborative relationships with internal key business partners.
  • Understand their priorities and challenges.
  • Address their needs on an ongoing basis.
  • Deliver time and cost-saving solutions for network enhancement projects.
  • Effectively manage multiple time-sensitive initiatives.
  • Support Real Estate Pipeline for Small Cell New Builds & Modifications.
  • Provide ongoing support for real estate and property management matters.
  • Manage vendors during the real estate process for new site builds or site modifications.
  • Handle regulatory approval requirements and ensure compliance with applicable regulations.
  • Interface with stakeholders, including landlords, vendors, community officials, and legal counsel.
  • Maintain database systems and reports.
  • Manage the end-to-end real estate process through construction handoff.
  • Work with Network Implementation teams to rectify on-site challenges preventing network activations.
  • Collaborate with outside vendors, including general contractors and Architectural & Engineering firms.
  • Host weekly routine planning and working sessions with critical vendors and internal stakeholders.
  • Review project scopes.
  • Research projects and validate commencements.
  • Review data record keeping.
  • Scrub utility payments for accuracy.
  • Resolve property management and landlord/tenant disputes.
  • Provide some administrative functional support.

Qualifications Real Estate Project Manager

  • Bachelor’s degree or five or more years of work experience.
  • Five or more years of relevant work experience.
  • Five or more years of relevant real estate, municipal engagement, or contractual negotiation work.

Preferred Qualifications For Real Estate Project Manager

  • Wireless Site Acquisition Experience.
  • Program management experience in a complex multi-project and multi-geography environment.
  • Experience dealing with property management issues and disputes.
  • Ability to manage large-scale, longer-duration projects to completion
