This is a full-time remote role as a Real Estate Team Coach. As a Real Estate Team Coach, your day-to-day tasks will include providing coaching and guidance to real estate agents, helping them succeed and achieve their goals. You will leverage your expertise in the real estate industry to develop training programs, conduct coaching sessions, and provide support to agents. Your role will be crucial in helping agents build their brand, generate leads, and close deals.

• Proven experience as a successful real estate agent or team leader
